Live, per-database update status straight from the update system's own ledger — the same
freshness the API serves at /v1/last-updates. Sources join the automated
rollout in phases; until a source joins, its data is the verified initial load and it is
listed here honestly as “initial load” rather than pretended current.
| Database | Status | Latest period | Last checked | Next expected |
|---|
updated & current (or an honest no_change probe) ·
partial / transient issue — retries automatically next run ·
paused — updates are on hold by decision; the database’s own page gives the reason, and it does not retry by itself ·
archival or retired — an archival copy; the copy here is final and is not updated, so it is not a failure ·
failed, or late — past its expected update window — visible here and in the operator's daily report until fixed ·
initial load; joins the automated rollout in an upcoming phase.
Statuses are never fabricated: a source's date only advances when new observations were actually
fetched and merged, and a silent upstream failure shows up red here rather than being papered over.
